Processing time

Delivery time

Wrong address

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or the tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at cozychimp@outlook.com with your order number. We will locate your package and, if it has been lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
