Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you and your little one to love your CozyChimp™ Monkey Onesie. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you live in the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn or washed, unless they are defective.
How to start a return
Email us at cozychimp@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what was ordered. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective or not the one you ordered, email us at cozychimp@outlook.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, contact us at cozychimp@outlook.com and we will help you exchange it, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to post the refund.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law.
