Who can use this store

Products

We do our best to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements may differ by 1–3 cm because they are taken by hand. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Product safety

The CozyChimp™ Monkey Onesie is a garment, not a toy. Always supervise babies and young children while they wear it, follow the care instructions on the label and keep the garment away from fire and direct heat sources.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Promotions and discounts are valid only while they are shown on the store. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through the secure payment methods available at checkout.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, including our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU customers.

All content on this store, including the CozyChimp name, logo, texts, images and videos, belongs to CozyChimp or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this store for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to submit false information or to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CozyChimp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or its products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
